Candles & Wax Melts
7. What is the difference between candles and wax melts?
Candles are self-contained and come with a wick, while wax melts are wickless and require a wax warmer to release their fragrance.
8. How do I use wax melts?
Place a wax melt in your warmer and allow it to melt, releasing the fragrance. You don’t need water—just the wax melt and a heat source (electric or tealight warmer). Never use on the stove top.
9. How long do your wax melts last?
Each wax melt cube (there are 6 in a pack) can last approximately 4 hours, depending on the scent and your warmer.
10. How long do your candles burn?
Our 113gm (4 oz) candles have a burn time of 20 hours.
Wax Warmers
11. Do I need a special warmer for your wax melts?
Our wax melts are compatible with all standard wax warmers, including electric and tealight-based options. We recommend using high-quality wax warmers to ensure safety and prevent electrical faults or fire hazards.
12. How do I clean my wax warmer?
Once the wax is cool, remove it by gently scraping it out or using a cotton ball to soak it up. Wipe clean before adding new wax melts.
13. How often should I change the wax in my warmer?
Change the wax when the scent fades, usually after 4 hours of use.

14. How long will my order take to arrive?

Care & Safety
16. How can I make my candle last longer?
To maximize burn time, trim the wick to 60mm (1/4 inch) before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface.
17. Are wax melts and candles safe for pets?
While our products are made with non-toxic ingredients, some essential oils and fragrances may not be pet-safe. Always use in a well-ventilated area and consult with a vet if you’re unsure.
18. What should I do if my candle produces black smoke?
Black smoke is usually caused by a long wick. Trim it to 60mm (1/4 inch) and ensure your candle burns in a draft-free area.
19. How do I safely extinguish my candle?
To extinguish your candle safely, use a candle snuffer or gently blow it out. Avoid using water, as it may cause the hot wax to splatter and could potentially damage the candle or surrounding surfaces.
